We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the Netherlands, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with more regions added over time. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you on time, delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
