We want you to love your Roselle products. If you're not satisfied, here's how our returns and refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your lashes don't lift, or you're not in love with the results, you can return your kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to one kit per customer.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@roselle-cosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send your kit back.

Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns of opened and used kits under our 30-day guarantee, since the only way to know if Roselle works for you is to try it. Items that are damaged through misuse, or returns requested after the 30-day window, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned kit, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@roselle-cosmetics.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bundle or product, please request a refund and place a new order.
